We called Joe looking for a quote to prune the very large trees in our backyard. He responded quickly and we set up an appointment. He confirmed our appointment a couple of days before and showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable, and we appreciated his advice and honesty. They did a great job and made sure that with each tree they pruned we were satisfied with the results before he went onto the next one. Once the job was done, they cleaned up the branches and debris, and left the backyard looking great. We have more sun in the backyard and are very happy with the work. Joe from Matrix Tree Group was terrific from initial call, in-person on-site estimate, arriving and completing the job, and liaising with neighbours whose limbs overhung the property fence line and were to be cut back.  His crew did a meticulous job and Joe followed up after to make sure all was done to the agreed upon estimate.
